针对角钢试生产初期冷床下钢发生倾翻的特点及原因,作业区技术人员指导岗位自己设计制作了防止角钢倾翻装置,通过冷床长度的测量及冷床裙板至冷床齿条距离,选定防止角钢倾翻装置的位置及长度,利用装置自身重力,从而实现角钢的稳定下钢,顺利进入冷床。

当流态层温度为250℃时,奥氏体分解温度为550~600℃,同铅浴淬火相似;当流态层温度为300℃时,奥氏体分解温度约为500℃左右,比铅浴淬火还低。

中型轧钢车间生产的各种钢材,经轧钢机轧制后由热锯机(或剪切机),切成定尺长度,还需要冷却到常温,再进行矫直。轧制后的热轧件冷却时,由于连续生产,一般都是在缓慢的横向移动过程中逐渐冷却的。这种使轧件横向移动并冷却的设备,叫做冷床。
