二小型作业区型材改造试生产过程中，通过冷床裙板自重式防止角钢倾翻装置的设计及应用，在小角钢的收集过程中，省去了在移钢小车处人工将角钢翻正操作，压缩了了冷床输出的时间，有效防止因角钢倾翻而影响钢材的输出节奏，实现了冷床正常稳定的下钢。
