AGG可在机械手和模具间提供精i准的中心。

注塑模具内金属嵌件安放时尤其要注意这一点。

夹具AGG...B 安装在EOAT上，钢管 AGG...C 安装在模具上。

一旦机械手向模具靠近，快速切换器视频，夹具在压力的作用下逐步向钢管靠近，

并与之接触。

AGG21-B 和 AGG30-B 采用的是双动作安全弹簧，确保在压缩空

气 (NC)缺失时设备的正常运行。

AGG19-B 采用的是单动作复位弹簧(NO)。

Gripper for engagement

The AGG is used to provide a precise centering between the robot

and the mould.

This necessary when metal inserts must be p1aced in the

mould， before the p1astic injection.

The gripper AGG…-B is fitted on the EOAT，手动快速切换器， while the steel bushing

AGG…-C is fitted on the mould.

Once the robot has approached the mould，阜新快速切换器， the gripper is

pressurized，夹具快速切换器， thus it closes and engages the bushing.

AGG21-B and AGG30-B are double-acting with a safety spring to

keep the gripper engaged even without compressed air (NC).

AGG19-B is single-acting with reset spring (NO).
